Description

For the second year, Andover Central High School will be competing in FIRST Robotics Competition. (For Inspiration and Recognition of Science and Technology) Each year, a new game and set of rules is put out on the first weekend in January. Every team across the world gets these rules at the same time and then everyone gets to work. Typically, a build season consists of a 6-week timeframe before the first competitions start to get a robot designed, tested, and built. 

We will use these funds to help cover a portion of our $6,000 entry fee that is due every year. If there is enough left over we hope to purchase a team 3-D printer that can used to help with rapid prototyping and the creation of components that would otherwise be unavailable to us.
