Description

We wish to create an outdoor learning experience for our early childhood special needs and Pre-K students (ages 3-5). Research shows that children learn best through play. By providing additional play opportunities outside of the classroom our goal is to increase social, fine and gross motor and cognitive skills of our students. The outdoor learning center will also provide opportunities for our K-5 students to play and learn in a less structured setting.
