Description

My goal as an educator is to help students be successful problem-solvers in and outside the classroom as well as help them develop a sense of ownership when it comes to his or her learning. Math & reading can be challenging subjects for many and providing hands-on learning manipulatives allows students to show what they know in unique and individualized ways. VersaTiles and Frog Games both provide students with easy to follow activities that can be done independently or in small groups. These resources help foster independent learning, which is a skill every student should possess. These activities will be a great addition to my math and reading centers as the students will enjoy the chance to have fun while learning.
