Students with developmental disabilities are four to ten times more likely to be abused than their peers without disabilities (http://disabilityjustice.org/justice-denied/abuse-and-exploitation/). These same students often require explicit teaching to understand social expectations in relationships at all levels. Understanding boundaries and developing HEALTHY social communication skills are crucial for the future success of our Andover students. This video program with materials teaches students how relationships can be formed and maintained according to the social norms & social boundaries of our day and age.
